How did you get into Pilates?
I was looking for exercises to improve my body posture, strength, and flexibility. Hence, I decided to give Pilates a try, and I’m totally hooked. It provides me with a good workout, and the corrections and details in Pilates class also help me understand my body even better. 

What do you love about Pilates?
I love how Pilates can be tailored for all populations and different conditions. It is so versatile that it can be customised based on individual goals. I can see how my body progresses when I do it consistently. It also helps me improve my body awareness and moves better in my daily life. Plus, I always feel super good after every Pilates session! 


Why did you become an instructor?
I have benefited from Pilates since I started practicing it. I want to learn and understand it deeper, not only for myself but also to share the good things with others. Hence, I decided to become an instructor so that I can share my interest and knowledge with others and help people move better. 

What makes your classes unique?
A full-body workout that allows you to discover the tiny, deep muscles in your body. Layering and variations in the exercises allow you to challenge and progress yourself.

Fitness or technical classes?
I prefer a mix of both. Fitness that makes your heart beat a little faster, induces a good sweat, and a burn. At the same time, understanding your body better, engaging the correct muscle groups and building up body awareness.


Favourite workout other than Pilates?
Aerial Hoop and Pole. In addition to Pilates, I enjoy flying in the air!
