Pre / Postnatal Group Class
Strengthen, support & restore your body throughout motherhood with Off Duty Pilates’ Pre/Postnatal Group Reformer Pilates classes. This class is open to both pregnant clients and postpartum mums.
This group Reformer Pilates class is designed for both expecting and new mums at all stages of their journey. Whether you're in your second or third trimester, or recovering postpartum, this class offers a safe and effective way to move your body.
In this 55min class, we will work on:
Strengthening or regaining core strength
Alleviate posture-related aches and back pain
Pelvic floor training and rehabilitation to help prepare the body for labour or for effective postpartum recovery
Tone and strengthen muscles affected during pregnancy, while working on mobility to enhance stress relief
Off Duty’s Pre/Postnatal Group Classes are suitable for:
Prenatal Clients who are:
In their second and third trimester
Have no existing health issues or medical conditions
Cleared by their doctor to do prenatal reformer group classes
Beginners are welcome
Doctor's clearance is mandatory for prenatal participation. Letters must be submitted prior to your first class.
Postnatal Clients who are:
6 weeks post delivery for natural birth, or 8 weeks for C-section delivery
Cleared by their doctor to do prenatal reformer group classes
Beginners are welcome
Pre/Postnatal Class Packages & Schedule
We’ve kept our Pre/Postnatal Group Class packages small with a longer validity to provide you with more flexibility during your pregnancy and post-pregnancy. All packages must be activated within one month of purchase. Terms & Conditions apply.

In the meantime, for prenatal clients, please prepare your doctor’s clearance letter to be submitted with the form or via email.
For postnatal clients, please obtain clearance from your doctor. You do not need to submit a letter, but must be provided upon request. -

Yes! Our pre/postnatal group classes are beginner-friendly. If you’d like more guidance before joining group classes, feel free to consider taking a private 1:1 class before joining our group classes.
