Temporary Pause for Starter 5 Group Purchases

Dear Off Duty Members,
We hope the start of the new year has been going awesome for you.
Due to high demand and limited capacity for our group classes, we will be temporarily pausing the purchase of Starter 5 Group packages for one month till 31 March 2023. Existing clients will still be able to purchase new 10 or 20 group class packages or attend classes on a drop-in basis. For new clients, if you’d like to try our classes out, we would suggest purchasing the single class credit.
We understand that group classes have become more difficult to book into, and this is just one of the steps we’re taking to help the issue.
In the meantime, here are some suggestions that might help you get into a class of choice:
Last minute spots - very often there are last minute spots available. Check back on the day of the class to see if a spot is available.
Waitlist for classes - we almost always have last-minute dropouts for our group classes. Join the waitlist as there will be a high chance of getting into a waitlisted class. Please take note of our waitlist policy.
Standby to book into classes at 12 pm daily for classes 2 weeks in advance.
If you are still have trouble booking into classes and your package is expiring soon, please write in. We will take into consideration the reasons for not being able to finish the package in time and whether it's due to the recent difficulty in booking classes.
In addition, we kindly ask that you cancel out of a class as soon as you know you will not be able to attend, in order to give other clients a chance to join the class. If you intend to “no show”, please still cancel out of the class so as to give other clients a chance to fill up the last minute spot.
