How did you get into Pilates?
I’ve always loved staying active and I was curious to try Pilates for myself. From the very first session, I was inspired and was so excited to take more Pilates classes! I loved how Pilates worked my entire body, making me feel stronger and refreshed. It quickly became a big part of my daily life.


What do you love about it?
It’s not only strengthens my body but also improves my mobility, stability and posture. It challenges me in the best way, always leaving me feeling more balanced and energised.

Why did you become  an instructor?
I wanted to deepen my Pilates practice and share its many benefits with others. Pilates has greatly improved my overall strength, mobility and body awareness. I hope to help my clients feel the same benefits that I’ve experienced.

What makes your class unique?
I love using props to challenge stability, balance and feel more burn. I also strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel motivated to push their limits safely. 

What do you want clients to leave your class feeling?
Feeling stronger and taller with more body awareness. I want them to feel excited for the next class!

Do you prefer fitness or technical classes?
I love both! Fitness classes are great for a full-body workout, and technical classes help us focus on better alignment. I enjoy incorporating both into my classes. 

Favourite workout other than Pilates
Strength training and running!

Favourite recipe to cook?
Tteokbokki - I like to make it sweet and spicy
